Sales Policy

By submitting an order through studiopolygon.co.uk, the user agrees to all Return, Download and Sales Policies implemented by Studio Polygon. The user is required to submit all necessary information to complete a sale through studiopolygon.co.uk. Providing this data is crucial to the completion of any sale, and failure to provide the related information will lead to the cancellation of the sale until the information is provided

As a user you agree to the following:

  • I agree to not share any downloads from studiopolygon.co.uk to anyone other than myself.
  • I agree to not republish, modify or rebrand any and all items from studiopolygon.co.uk without explicit consent.
  • I agree to not claim any intellectual property produced by studiopolygon.co.uk as my own.

Download Policy

All users are provided with a maximum of 3 permitted downloads. In the event of you reaching your maximum number of permitted downloads, you can contact Studio Polygon via email here, from the email address you purchased the product with, your order number and a valid reason why you need your download count resetting. Studio Polygon will endeavour to respond to all download requests within 7 working days, and subject to abuse checks inline with our privacy policy, download counts will be reset.

Users may not be entitled to their download count being reset if:

  • There is clear evidence the product has been subject to abuse outlined in the End User License Agreement. 
  • There is clear evidence the product has been activated on more than 1 PC.
  • There is clear evidence files from your personalised install has surfaced online. 
  • There is clear evidence the serial key has been shared elsewhere.

As a user you agree to the following:

  • I agree to not abuse the download service.
  • I agree to not share my download links, serial numbers, order confirmation page, or order confirmation email.
  • I agree to not share any downloads from studiopolygon.co.uk to anyone other than myself.

PayPal Agreement

When you choose to pay with PayPal® the information that you enter is transferred to:

  • PayPal Europe (S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg)

This information is used to complete the bill of sale as mentioned in the above paragraph. You have the option to revoke your consent and information at any time. It does not affect the processing of data that was previously collected during the payment process.

Shopify Payments® Agreement

When paying with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay® or Google Pay®, your payment and information is processed through Shopify Payments® (Handled by Stripe) This information is used to complete the bill of sale as mentioned in the above paragraph.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not administered due to the fact that our products are non-physical downloadable content. This provides a level of protection for our products against abuse and piracy. If you have a dispute or question regarding products that you have purchased from Studio Polygon Ltd, please contact us.

Donation Policy

All donations are voluntary and do not affect your eligibility or status regarding any Studio Polygon products, services or downloads. In this case, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you have further questions about this policy, please contact us.
